What time is check-in?
Check-in is from 3:00pm – 5:00pm on Monday to Saturday and from 1:00pm to 3:00pm on Sunday. Before that time luggage may be held at the front desk until check-in time.
What time is check-out?
Check-out time is 11:00 am daily. Keys are to be returned to the concierge desk.
Can I check-in after check-in times?
Yes, there is a late check-in procedure. We will provide those details after booking.
What time is the concierge desk open?
The concierge desk is open Monday to Saturday from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm and Sunday from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.
How many cars can park in the resort parking lot?
Guests will receive one parking pass per reservation. Additional parking passes must be pre-approved. There is an overflow lot located across the street. Public parking is available at first-come-first-serve basis adjacent to the main lot.
Are pets allowed?
No, there are no pets of any kind allowed on the premises.
Is smoking allowed in the suites?
No, smoking is strictly prohibited inside all units. Guests will incur additional charges for cleaning and deodorizing if evidence of smoking is found.
Are there washers/dryers I can use during my stay?
Yes, washers and dryers are located on floors 2, 4 and 7. Quarters can be obtained from the concierge desk, soap must be provided by guests.
